The producers' use of these forms will save subsequent account activity, for the producer and the company, which is otherwise created when TRIA forms are issued after the binding instructions have been received. If the producer does not submit a completed TRIA form with their binding instructions, the required form will continue to be issued upon receipt of the binding instructions. The completed form has to be received by the Company within 30 days from inception or TRIA coverage is automatically effective and the premium earned.
